Cook Erectors, Inc. is a locally owned, certified small business supporting the aerospace and commercial construction industries.

Cook's Welding and Machine was established in 1978 by Cliff and Terry Cook.  In 1996, the company reorganized under Terry Cook, Gregory Campbell and Raymond Wilcox.

In January 1999, Cook's Welding and Machine incorporated under Cook Erectors, Inc., DBA Cook's Welding and Machine.
